  • Viral Damania – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A seasoned finance professional with over 27 years of global experience, Viral Damania brings extensive expertise in controllership, business planning, treasury operations, and audits. Before joining IndusInd Bank, he served as CFO for Bank of America India and was part of its country leadership team. Damania is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost & Works Accountant, and holds ISACA certification in Information Systems Audit and Control.

  • Anand Vardhan – General Counsel

With 26 years of experience in legal strategy, compliance, and regulatory matters, Anand Vardhan has held senior positions at Piramal Group, ICICI Bank, HDFC Property Fund, and Tata Housing. His deep understanding of dispute resolution and corporate governance will support IndusInd Bank’s legal and compliance framework.

  • Pragati Gondhalekar – Head, Internal Audit (HIA)

Pragati Gondhalekar brings over 27 years of audit and consulting experience across global financial institutions. She previously served as Country Head – Group Audit, India at Deutsche Bank and has held senior roles at L&T Financial Services and PwC. A dual-qualified Chartered Accountant (India and Canada), she also holds CIA and CPA (USA) credentials.

  • Pankaj Sharma – Head, Business Transformation

Bringing over 25 years of experience in banking transformation and digital strategy, Pankaj Sharma will lead the business transformation agenda at IndusInd Bank. He previously served as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Yes Bank and held key roles at Axis Bank, RBL Bank, and ICICI Group.

  • Sheran Mehra – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Sheran Mehra, with 27 years of experience in marketing and digital leadership, joins IndusInd Bank after serving as Chief Business Officer at Tata Digital, where she led the launch and growth of Tata Neu. Her prior experience spans DBS Bank, Barclays, HSBC, and Ogilvy.
